Who is responsible

JustG, based in Ireland, is responsible for the mailing list and decides how your information is used. For privacy questions or requests, email greg@iamjustg.com.

What information is collected

The signup form asks for your email address. Subscription records also include your confirmation and subscription status, signup details such as the date and source, and any unsubscribe request. These records help manage the list and record your choices.

MailerLite may also process technical information, such as your IP address and browser information, and email delivery, open and link-click information, depending on the features and settings in use. Its privacy policy, linked below, explains its processing in more detail.

Why your email is used

Your consent is the basis for sending you news about JustG’s music, shows and occasional artist updates. Joining is optional. After signing up, you will be asked to confirm your email address before receiving mailing-list updates.

You can withdraw your consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in an update or by emailing JustG. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before you withdrew it.

Where the list is managed

MailerLite stores the subscriber list and provides signup, confirmation, email delivery and unsubscribe services on JustG’s behalf. MailerLite uses service providers to help operate its platform. This can involve processing outside the European Economic Area, with transfer safeguards described in its data processing agreement.

Read MailerLite’s privacy policy and data processing agreement for details.

How long information is kept

Subscription information is kept while you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe, mailing-list updates stop. A minimal record of your email address and opt-out status may be retained for as long as needed to respect that request and prevent you from being added back by mistake. Relevant consent records may also be kept where needed to demonstrate how your choices were handled or meet applicable obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can request access to your information, ask for a correction or deletion, and ask about restricting processing, objecting to processing or receiving a portable copy where those rights apply. Contact greg@iamjustg.com to make a request or ask about any information retained after unsubscribing.

You also have the right to raise a concern with Ireland’s Data Protection Commission.
